```“ Nut allergy friendly for soups, I didn't even ask. This place was packed on a Sunday! Thankfully, in a parking plaza with plenty of parking. Service here may be slower, as there are only so many wait staff if it gets busy. It took us a while to even get menus. The Vietnamese Coffee came out about 15 minutes after ordering (already dripped though, which others were served as it was dripping) and the soups about 21 minutes after ordering. Where the service is slow, the food is packing in flavor and size! I ordered extra large of the pho and the bun bo hue and it did not disappoint. The prices are extremely reasonable for what you get. The pho broth was oily but flavorful and rich. The bun bo hue was the perfect balance of spice and flavor. My only critique is that the eye of round steak in my pho tai was a bit tough, but they gave so much of it that I can't complain. Would definitely visit again if I'm in Dallas. It stands up to some shops on Bellaire in Houston. ”
“ Pho Pasteur was one of the best Pho in DFW area. My husband and his friend are their regular for 20 years since they were in uni. You couldn’t go wrong with Pho. My favorite was chicken pho and dry egg noodles. ”
“ One of the best pho’s I’ve tried in town. The (23) Bun Bo Hue has a very in depth umami, slight spicy and clean tasting broth. Amazing portions and they didn’t skimp on the meats. My favorite dish was the Bho Ko (beef stew). While you can get the stew with rice noodles (19) or egg noodles (22), I ordered with Vietnamese French bread, Bahn Mi Bho Ko (52) and a order of egg rolls which comes with veggies and rice noodles. After finishing the bread, I mixed the noodles from the appetizer plate to make a mini #19. Lastly, we tried the (46) Lemongrass chicken with rice. The flavors were there but it was butterflied chicken breast and I think it would’ve tasted much better with chicken thighs or a quarter chicken leg. ”
“ Went to a few disappointing Viet places in Dallas, so I was very relieved to finally get some good Viet food. The pho here was outstanding, beefy flavored broth, piping hot, lots of noodles, and plenty of meats. The spicy pork noodle soup (BBH) was very good, good flavor and spicy, lots of meat. The Hu Tieu Mi was very good, not sweet and it was so flavorful, tons of noodles and meats. My fav dish was the beef luc lac, they didn't give a lot of meat but it was just enough. The prices are pretty good. I would definitely recommend this place for Viet food. ”
“ This is our go to place for authentic Pho. The Pho soups are excellent and always a good choice. We also like the Spring Rolls with Pork and Shrimp. I tend to order the Pho with Tofu, while my son always orders the Pho with the Eye of Round Steak. The condiments are presented on an oval platter with bean sprouts, fresh cilantro, sliced jalapenos, and fresh basil leaves on the stem. There is a variety of drinks available- cold and hot teas. I highly recommend this restaurant. I rated the atmosphere at a 3 stars, since it is a minimalistic space. They close at 9 p.m. ”
